Rawalpindi: 4 BD nationals deported
RAWALPINDI, Feb 10: Four Bangladeshi nationals were arrested at Benazir Bhutto International Airport on Thursday by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) immigration wing for possessing fake travelling documents and later deported.
The FIA immigration officials said the four Bangladeshis were spotted when the check-out of the passengers of a Muscat flight was in progress at the airport. During verification of their documents, the authorities found them fake.
The Bangladeshis were identified as Jamaluddin, Kamal Hussain, Rafiq Moatabar and Abdur Rauf. Later, they were deported to their country.
According to the immigration official, three of them, who were from Chittagong, had a plan to proceed to Karachi to earn their living while their fourth companion wanted to continue his journey for Greece via Karachi.
