Trader shot dead in Lahore
LAHORE: A shopkeeper was allegedly shot dead by two armed men in Harbanspura on Monday.
Reports said the assailants came to the shop of Muhammad Anwar of Fayyaz Colony, opened fire and fled the scene leaving him injured critically. He was shifted to hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
Quoting victim’s family, the police said Anwar had a dispute with a local Imran and his friend Nadeem over a trifle.
The police have removed the body for autopsy and registered a case against Imran and his accomplice with no arrest so far.
