Man defrauding people of Rs28m in NAB custody in Peshawar
PESHAWAR: The National Accountability Bureau, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has arrested an accused Sirajuddin, who had looted Rs28 million from people here through fraudulent prize bonds business four years ago.
“The accused will now be produced before the Accountability Court for securing his physical remand,” the NAB said in a statement on Tuesday. It said that following committing the fraud the accused had fled to Sialkot and started job in a factory.
The NAB said that the accused was a retired security guard of State Bank in Peshawar and a resident of TV Colony and had been absconding for over four years.
