KAMOKE: A proclaimed offender wanted in a number of cases of kidnapping for ransom, extortion, dacoity and robbery was killed in an encounter with police in Kamoke late on Wednesday night.
Police said a raiding team intercepted Rafiq alias Pheka Nai and his two accomplices near village Bharoki Virkan. Police said it opened fire in self-defence and killed Rafiq while his accomplices escaped.
