Lahore: Building by-laws violators hit again
LAHORE: The staff of the Town Planning Wing of the Lahore Development Authority on Wednesday demolished five more illegal structures and sealed another 13, including one showroom and 12 shops, during the on-going operation against building by-laws violators in Samanabad and Gulshan-e-Ravi areas.
The LDA staff demolished a commercial building that was being illegally constructed (without paying commercialisation fee and approval of building plan) on the plot No. 75, Main Samanabad.
It also demolished four boundary walls constructed in violation of building by-laws on the plots No. 11, 15, 16 and 17 in Gulshan-e-Ravi.
The LDA staff sealed a show room which had been constructed without approval of building plan constructed on the plot No. 13, Main Samnabad. It also sealed 12 shops constructed without approval of building plan on the plots No 13-F, 53-J, and 3 and 4-J in Gulshan-i-Ravi.
