Lahore: Man found hanged
LAHORE: A 40-year-old man was hanged to death by unidentified persons in the Burki police jurisdiction on Friday. The victim, identified as Rafaqat Ali, a resident of Mandywala village, had left his house on Thursday night for some work but did not return. His family started looking for him and at last his body was found on Friday morning in nearby farms.
According to the police, some unidentified persons hanged the victim and threw his body in farms. Police reached the spot and removed the body to city morgue for autopsy. Police have also registered a case against unidentified persons on the complaint of victim’s brother Muhammad Yaqub under Section 302/34 of the PPC.
