Lahore: FIA offloads two with fake documents
LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency’s immigration staff deputed at Allama Iqbal International Airport on Wednesday offloaded two passengers were to go to Paris allegedly on fake documents.
Khadim Hussain and Ghulam Ali tried to board PIA flight (Pk-733) on bogus travel documents but the duo were held by the immigration staff during immigration process and were sent to the Anti-Human Trafficking Cell of the FIA for further action.
Khadim was intercepted by Sub-Inspector Zeba Mirza. She checked the passenger’s travel documents and found that his Portuguese card was fake.
Resultantly, he was offloaded. Likewise, Ghulam Ali was intercepted by Azhar Riaz and his Spanish card was found bogus.
