Lakki Marwat: Militant commander surrenders
LAKKI MARWAT: An alleged militant commander surrendered to the police on Monday. Official sources said that important militant commander Azizullah, hailing from Dhoda village, handed himself over to police in Lakki Marwat Police Station. “He was wanted by law enforcement agencies in several cases of terror acts,” the sources said, adding that Azizullah had gone into hiding for last 2 years.
Meanwhile, police claimed to have arrested 11 outlaws during a search operation simultaneously in different localities of the district. Following the directives of DPO Gul Wali Khan Mohmand, police raided the hideouts of criminals in Multan Manjiwala, Landa Ahmadkhel, Titterkhel, Sara Darga, Aagri Khanzadkhel, Wanda Ahmad Khan and Pezu. During the raids, 11 proclaimed offenders were arrested.
