Prisoners being ‘tortured’ for bribe in Kasur
KASUR: A number of prisoners have accused the District Jail officials of torturing them for monthlies. In their complaints to the district courts and newsmen, the inmates, including Ibrahim, Naeem and Moazzam Butt, said that incidents of torturing prisoners were increasing day by day in the jail.
They alleged that the jail officials tortured prisoners when they refused to give them monthlies.
