Attock: Robbers remanded into police custody
ATTOCK: Three robbers including a woman allegedly involved in snatching a taxi and murdering the driver were remanded in police custody for 10 days by the judicial magistrate here on Saturday.
Hazro police arrested three accused robbers Shagufta Bibi, Mohammad Usman, residents of Hazro and Attaullah, resident of Mohmand Agency as they reportedly snatched a taxi (RIZ-3590) near Yaseen village after killing driver Mohammad Arshad, resident of Pindwal village, Attock. The preliminary interrogation disclosed that the accused robbers had sold the lifted vehicle to Habibullah, resident of Mardan for Rs55,000, sources said. On the disclosure, the police had also arrested the accused purchaser of the vehicle.
