Rawalpindi: Hearing in Haj corruption case adjourned
Rawalpindi: Former federal minister for religious affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi allegedly involved in Haj corruption case appeared before Special Judge Central (SJC) Syed Ikhlaq Hussain on Monday. While former director general (Haj) Rao Shakil, who is also allegedly involved in the scandal, was not present in the court.
The court adjourned hearing in the case till July 17. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had registered a case against the minister for his alleged involvement in corruption during Haj season 2010.
