Islamabad: 2 bodies found murdered
ISLAMABAD: A shepherd was found murdered in capital`s rural area while a person missing since July 1 was found dead in Kural on Wednesday, police said. In the first incident, the shepherd was found dead in the fields adjacent to village Badana Kallan in Tarnol.
The incident came to light when some villagers spotted the body and informed the police. The victim, who had received two bullets in his head, was identified as Abdul Rahim.
The motive behind the murder was yet to be established as the family told police that they had no enmity with anyone. However, the police registered a murder case and started investigation.
In another incident, a man from Rawalpindi who had been missing since July 1 was found dead in a Krung Nulla in the area of Kural police station.
Some passersby spotted the body floating in the nullah and informed the police which reached the spot and fished it out. The victim was identified as Nabeel Abbasi, 30, a resident of Sadiqabad. His brother told police that Nabeel had some mental ailment and had been missing for the last five days.
