Islamabad: One shot dead, two injured in Afghan groups clash
ISLAMABAD: A 25-year-old man was shot dead and two were injured in a clash between two Afghans groups in the limits of Sabzi Mandi Police Station on Thursday. According to sources, two groups after a clash opened fire on each other in Afghan Colony located near National University of Science and Technology (NUST). As the result, Habibullah son of Allah Dad died and Abdul Satar and Ahsan were injured who were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
Duty officer Fateh Sher said police were investigating the reason for the clash. Three persons have been murdered, a bank has been robbed and crime rate has been increased in the limits of same police station during just a fortnight, it is learnt. According to sources, recently two persons were murdered and dead body of a person was found from a warehouse located in sector I-11.
