HARIPUR: A woman lawyer and her male colleague filed a complaint against a senior lawyer and his juniors, alleging that they were beaten up in the courtroom here on Saturday.
Khairun Nisa advocate and Mohammad Akhtar advocate through a written complaint to additional sessions judge, Haripur, said that they were the counsel of a litigant, Mohammad Yousaf, in a case and had come from Taxila to record the statement of their witnesses in the court of Civil Judge Rashid Rauf, while the other party was being represented by senior lawyer Mushtaq Khan.
