Lahore: Father’s taunt claims youth’s life
LAHORE: A 21-year-old youth committed suicide minutes after the family admonished him over his vagabond habit whereas a 45-year-old man was found dead in separate incidents on Sunday. According to details, a youth Humayoun Masih, a resident of Khaliq Nagar, often remained with his vagabond friends and had turned deaf ears to the advices of his parents.
Here on Sunday, his father Inayat Masih snubbed him again, which probably irritated him. Later, he committed suicide by hanging himself to a ceiling fan. Meanwhile, Defence-A police recovered a body of an unidentified man and pronounced he was swindled to death.
Announcements were made in nearby mosques but none of the citizens owned the body, which was shifted to the City morgue for autopsy.
