Rawalpindi: Dacoits have a field day
Rawalpindi: Dacoits made eight strikes in different areas of the city and looted cash, gold ornaments and vehicles worth million of rupees on Friday, police said. Two gunmen looted the house of Muhammad Ejaz located in New City, Wah Cantt taking away over one million rupees in cash and gold ornaments to the tune of one million rupees.
In another incident, a gang of three gunmen entered into a house of Yasmin Akhtar in Takia Baba Rahim Shah and took away Rs1.9 million and gold ornaments worth half a million rupees. The vehicle lifter made another day and took away two cars and four motorbikes from New Town (a car and a bike), one Aulto from Koh-e-Noor and two motorbikes from Waris Khan.
