Islamabad: Police trace 30 blind murders
ISLAMABAD: The capital police traced 30 blind murder cases during the current year and collected vital evidences against the culprits.
A spokesman on Tuesday said Inspector General of Police Bani Amin Khan had assigned special task to all the police stations to investigate these cases and provide relief to the families of the victims.
The police stations and Crime Investigation Agency succeeded in tracing the 30 murders after collecting forensic as well as other vital evidences.
The Shahzad Town and Golra police traced four and three murder cases; Industrial Area and Secretariat police four and one while Aabpara police traced three and Margallah police two murder cases.
The Sihala and Koral police traced two murder cases each while Tarnol, Kohsar and Shalimar police resolved three, two and one murder case, respectively. Similarly, Bhara Kahu and Sabzi Mandi police traced two and one cases, respectively.
