Karachi: 2 shot dead; decayed body found
Karachi: Two people were gunned down in targeted incidents in two different places on Sunday. Syed Mubasher Hussain, 23, received bullet wounds, when two armed motorcyclists opened fire on him near Gulistan-e-Jauhar in the Shahrae Faisal police limits.
The injured was rushed to a private hospital where during treatment he breathed his last. According to the police, the deceased lived in B-147, Block-15. The police said that it was a case of target killing.
Javed Khan, 30, was shot dead by an unidentified motorcyclist near Shah Faisal Colony No 4 in the Shah Faisal colony police jurisdiction, while he was sitting outside his residence. The body was shifted to the JPMC for post-mortem. According to the police, it was an act of target killing.
Meanwhile, the bullet-riddled body of an unidentified, 35-year-old man was found in the bushes near Surjani Town in Sector 16/A. Some passer-by saw his body and informed the police who shifted the body to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal formalities.
The MLO Abbasi Shaheed Hospital said that the body was at least two days old and he had three bullet holes on his body.
