Peshawar: Weapons, stolen jackets recovered
PESHAWAR: The security forces and local police during a raid in Karkhano Market here Friday recovered weapons, jackets and other goods being sold illegally after being stolen from the Nato convoys.
The teams of the officials raided several shops and godowns where these goods had been stored and displayed for costumers. The raiding party recovered around four trucks of goods from the godowns and shops and shifted to an unknown place. A number of shops were openly selling these goods, which were reportedly stolen while being transported to Afghanistan for Nato troops.
