Islamabad: Woman drug pusher awarded 5-year jail
ISLAMABAD: Additional Sessions Judge Yaar Muhammad Gondal on Friday sentenced five years imprisonment and Rs100,000 fine to a notorious woman drug pusher in a narcotic case.
According to the court official, Tarnol police on September 04, 2009 arrested a female culprit Rani Bibi and recovered five kilogram of charas from her possession.
A case (FIR 439/2009) was registered against the accused under Section 9-C of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 at the Tarnol police station.
Meanwhile in other case, the said court cancelled the bail of accused Amir Abdullah in the case of 250-gram of charas. A case (FIR 34/2011) was registered against the accused under Section 9-B at the Golra police station.
