7 arrested in Islamabad
Islamabad: The Islamabad Police have arrested seven outlaws from various localities of the city for their alleged involvement in bootlegging, dacoities and recovered 22 bottles of liquor and pistols from their possession, the police spokesman said on Monday.
Sub-Inspector Tahir Khan of the Aabpara Police Station nabbed two women identified as Fatima and Ramazania who snatched cash from a man, Muhammad Arshad, along with their accomplices near Shakarparian.
The Secretariat Police apprehended Aitezaz Hussain and Mohsin Khan for having eight bottles of liquor. ASI Muhammad Haneef of the Shehzad Town Police Station arrested Arif Khokhar for having 14 bottles of liquor.
Meanwhile, ASI Aurangzeb of the Sihala Police nabbed Haroon for having a 32-bore pistol and ASI Abrar Hussain of the Tarnol Police nabbed Asif for possessing 30-bore pistols.
