23 arrested in Islamabad

Islamabad: The Islamabad Police on Monday nabbed 23 outlaws, including nine women, from various parts of the city and recovered 390 bottles of liquor, 2.165 kilograms of hashish and three pistols from their possession, the police spokesman said.

 

A team of the Shahzad Town Police Station, headed by Inspector Younus Gujar, arrested Adnan after recovery of 374 bottles of wine from his possession.

The CIA Police nabbed Shakeem Masih for having six bottles of wine. The Sabzi Mandi Police Station arrested Arshad for possessing 1.15 kilograms of hashish.



The Tarnol Police Station arrested Javed Iqbal for having 1.150 kilograms of hashish. The Bhara Kahu Police Station apprehended Haroon Masih for having ten bottles of wine. The personnel of the same police station arrested Imran and Azhar for having pistols.

The Ramna Police Station arrested nine persons for their alleged involvement in immoral activities.
