LAHORE: Around 63 drug peddlers, dacoits and robbers were arrested on Tuesday from different parts of the City whereas Mujahid Squad claimed to have recovered a huge quantity of drugs, firearms and bottles of liquor from them.
Following the special directives by the CCPO, SP Squad Rommel Akram launched a crackdown on the drug pushers, dacoits, robbers, court absconders and proclaimed offenders.
Resultantly, as many as 60 accused including three POs were nabbed while police recovered 16 pistols, rifles, cartridges, 120 bottles of liquor, cash worth million of rupees and other valuables were recovered from them.
