Karachi: Another man falls prey to target killing
Karachi: The bullet-riddled body of a 25-year-old man was found near the Military Dairy Farm situated in Khokhrapar No-2 on Wednesday.
An employee of the dairy farm saw the body and informed the police, who carried the dead to the JPMC for legal formalities. The JPMC MLO said that the man suffered three bullet wounds, which proved fatal.
According to the police, unidentified criminals kidnapped the victim from an unknown place. They believed that the murder was a target killing. Dairy farm employees told the police that they heard gunshots in the morning.
Meanwhile, 30-year-old Rayaz Bashir suffered stab wounds after an exchange of hot words with his cousins in Ayub Goth in Sohrab Goth. His cousins attacked him with a sharp-edged weapon and fled the scene, leaving him in a pool of blood.
His family members took him to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital in critical condition, where he breathed his last. According to the police, Bashir was killed over a personal dispute.
