TAXILA, Dec 2: Wah Saddar police on Friday claimed to have arrested a target killer and recovered from him weapons.
Addressing a press conference at Wah Saddar police station on Friday, sub-divisional police officer DSP Raja Taifoor Akhter said acting on a tip off, a police party raided a hideout of Waseemullah near Nawababad and arrested him.
He said the accused confessed to working as hired assassin and was involved in target killing cases in Wah Cantonment and Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
The DSP said the accused had killed Sadaqat Shah in Hattar (KP), Azam Khan in Wah Cantt, Ghulam Qadir in Kot Najeebullah (KP) and made attempt on the life of Arshad Farooqi in Wah Cantonment.
