Houses of outlaws razed in Malakand
DARGAI: The security forces continued action against criminal elements including kidnappers and car-lifters in Malakand Agency by demolishing the houses of Sher Alam and Javed Khan on Thursday.
The official sources said that Sher Alam is on the run due to fear of arrest and has reportedly moved out of Malakand Agency. His house in Kachay village in the limits of Badraga Union Council was razed to the ground by the soldiers who had come in sufficient numbers.
The house owned by Javed, who is already in custody of the army, was demolished in the Koopar area. He was apprehended by the soldiers recently along with his uncle Hakim Gul, who was wanted in kidnapping and car-lifting cases. Hakim Gul’s house in Koopar area has already been demolished.
The security forces started taking action against kidnappers, car-lifters, and criminals suspected of having links with militants and terrorists. Parts of Malakand Agency, particularly Sakhakot and Koopar areas had become dens of gangs of kidnappers and car-lifters.
