Rawalpindi: All accused in Parliament Lodges case acquitted
RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) No-I, Rawalpindi, judge Shahid Rafique has acquitted eleven accused allegedly involved in trying to attack Parliament Lodges here on Saturday.
The court acquitted all the accused because of absence of evidences against them. The court acquitted Khalil Wayn, Nadeem Yousaf, Muhammad Asad Khan, Abid Bashir, Khyzer Hayat, Sikandar Ali, Tahir Ali, Sadaf Shahzad, Ali Ahmed, Muhammad Akhtar and Munir Akhtar. The Aabpara and Secretariat police stations had registered case against them on October 5 and October 7, 2006.
