Karachi: 45 caught using unfair means in inter exams
KARACHI: A total of 45 cases of use of unfair means were reported on the first day of the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi’s (BIEK) supplementary examinations on Friday.
During their surprise visits to examination centres, the education board’s chairman, Anwar Ahmed Zai, along with the controller examinations and the secretary, caught 18 candidates using unfair means. Invigilators reported another 27 such cases from various examination centres. The cases were forwarded to the control room established at the BIEK. Zai also issued instructions to cancel the results of any candidates who try to change their examination centre without permission from the authorities concerned.
