KARACHI: A cleric was killed and his companion wounded in an attack at Rashid Minhas Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Police precincts on Saturday evening. Reportedly, two attackers were also injured when the cleric’s companions retaliated.
A leader of the Pasban-e-Jaffaria, Askari Raza, 42, and Ali Mehdi, 30, were taken to the private hospital situated near National Stadium Road.
Raza was shot once on his head who succumbed to injuries while another Ali Mehdi sustained a bullet injury in his leg.
