Islamabad: CIA arrests 7 outlaws
ISLAMABAD: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police has arrested an alleged killer, three proclaimed offenders and three dacoits besides recovering the murder tool, weapons and looted items from their possession, the police spokesman said here on Wednesday.
According to details, the CIA Police arrested Abdul Haq alias Lahori, s/o Muhammad Ameen, who allegedly killed a trader, Arshad, during a dacoity attempt. The CIA Police team arrested one of the main accused Abdul Haq alias Lahori, resident of Shahdra, Lahore, besides recovering the mobile phone of the deceased and a 30-bore pistol used in the murder. Efforts are also underway to nab his other accomplices.
Meanwhile, the CIA Police teams arrested three proclaimed offenders identified as Waseem Abbas, s/o Mast Gul Khan, Muhammad Sohail, s/o Mulki Khan, residents of Swabi, and Rizwan, s/o Ejaz, a resident of Rawalpindi. They have remained involved in dacoities in areas of Industrial Area, Shalimar and Sihala police stations.
Likewise, three thieves were arrested and stolen items were recovered from their possession. They were identified as Faqeer Hussain, s/o Muhammad Hussain, Farzan, s/o Muhammad Rafique, and Sajid Hussain, s/o Muhammad Iqbal.
