LAHORE: Organised Crime, CIA, traced 40 cases of blind murder and 26 cases of kidnapping for ransom during 2011.The police traced 143 cases of car theft, 276 cases of motorbike theft and 289 cases of robberies in 2011. Similarly, the police registered 523 cases on charges of illicit weapons and 144 cases on charges of drug trafficking. The police arrested 674 members of 156 criminals’ gangs and traced 1,471 cases. In 2011, CIA also arrested six members of Tehrik Talaban Pakistan.
