Lahore: Man killed for children`s street fight
LAHORE: A 28year-old postal service employee was shot at and killed at his doorstep by his neighbour near Abdali Chowk in Sanatnagar on Sunday, police said. Police quoting families and neighbour say motive for the shooting was a street quarrel between the children of both sides.
Islampura police say victim Nadeem Aftab and his neighbour Tabish, alias Nauna, exchanged arguments over their children` fight on Saturday.
On Sunday, Tabish and his nine accomplices arrived at Nadeem`s and opened fire at him. Nadeem, who worked at the General Post Office, suffered fatal wounds and was later pronounced dead at Mayo Hospital.
Police registered a case against 10 people on the complaint of victim`s mother, Waseem.
