Attock: House looted by 3 Afghan refugees
ATTOCK: Three Afghan refugees looted jewellery, cash and other valuables from a house located in Jalalia village of Hazro police station on Monday. Faqir Mohammad told police that an Afghan refugee, Samiullah, along with two other Afghan nationals allegedly looted 14,000 euros, Rs75,000, 10–tola gold ornaments and other valuables form his house.
Meanwhile, Jand police registered a case against Ameer Khan and his son Javed Iqbal, residents of Dhoke Naj for providing refuge to his son Nasir Iqbal, a proclaimed offender wanted in a murder case. Police on a tip–off, raided the house of the accused for the arrest of Nasir Iqbal but he managed to escape.
