Islamabad: Capital cops nab eleven outlaws
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police on Tuesday arrested eleven outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered 82 wine bottles, one stolen vehicle, hashish and pistols from their possession, a police spokesman said.
According to details, Station House Officer of Aabpara police station Inspector Khalid Mehmud Awan and ASI Nasir Manzoor arrested a bootlegger Shani Masih during routine patrolling and recovered 80 wine bottles from his possession. ASI Binyamin Gohar from Margallah police station arrested Niaz for possessing a repeater gun.
ASI Ashfaq Ahmed from Sihala police apprehended a thief identified as Naheed besides recovering stolen items worth Rs. 1,30,000 from him while Sub–Inspector Muneer Ahmed arrested a drug pusher Khalid Khan in possession of 450 gram hashish.
ASI Muhammad Iqbal from Shalimar police apprehended a thief Zulfiqar Ahmed for having stolen items worth Rs. 1, 15,000 while two thieves Uzair and Anwer Zaman were arrested by ASI Saif Ullah from Industrial area police station.
