1 kidnapped, 2 houses looted in Peshawar
PESHAWAR: One person was kidnapped and two houses were robbed in different areas of the provincial capital on Monday. In Chamanabad area in the jurisdiction of Phandu Polaice Station, four robbers broke into the house of a government employee, Mustajab, and decamped with 50 tolas of gold ornaments, Rs200,000 cash and other valuables.
In another incident in Gulbahar No 2 thieves stole 25 tolas of gold ornaments and cash from a house. The family was attending a wedding in Islamabad when the incident happened. Moreover, one Sabir told the police that unidentified persons kidnapped his uncle Khan Shah from near Jamil Chowk on the Ring Road.
