Mianwali: Naib qasid booked for fake domicile
MIANWALI: On the complaint of the DCO, the City police registered a case against a naib qasid for getting the job through a fake domicile at Deaf and Defective Hearing School (DDHS). The DCO, in a letter 735–Cir/DCO/HC dated 12-04-12, informed the police that Abdul Razzaq, son of Muhammad Suba and a resident of Kasur, had obtaining the fake domicile of the district to get the job. The address on the forged domicile was the house of DO–C at Zaraat Colony, Mianwali. Abdul Razzaq is said to be a relative of District Officer Coordination (DO–C) Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, the domiciles issuing authority. The police have registered the case under section 420, 468, 471, 462 and 172 of the PPC.
The Punjab government had authorised MPAs/MNAs of the PML-N to appoint the people of their choice to all the provincial departments from BS-1 to 4. The appointment was to be made through the district administration. The domicile was issued on February 29. DDHS Principal Rafiullah Malik issued him the appointment letter No 664 dated 29.02.2012, while the accused joined his duties the same date. The last date of submission of the application, as per the advertisement, was January 7. The action was taken on the disclosure of Apca divisional chairman Ahmed Din Shah during a strike. When contacted, the DDHS Principal Rafiullah Malik said that the appointment was made on merit and he expressed his ignorance about the fake domicile.
