Lahore: 2 held for hoarding sugar at Utility Store franchise
LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency’s Corporate Crime Circle seized 7,500 kg sugar being hoarded at a Utility Store franchise and arrested two persons. The FIA officials raided the Sodiwal Utility Store franchise after anomalous supply of sugar was reported at it. They found out that 150 bags of sugar 50 kgs each were being hoarded. The FIA team have arrested two persons Faqir Muhammad and Muhammad Riaz involved in this hoarding and illegal sale while the owner of the franchise, Chaudhry Nisar, is at large as he was not present there at the time of the raid. An FIR has been registered against the three accused.
