Islamabad: 3 women drug pushers arrested; 7 kg hash recovered
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police on Tuesday arrested 10 outlaws, including three women drug pushers and recovered seven kilogrammes of hash, 31 bottles of alcohol, weapons and robbed items from them, a police spokesman said. According to details, a police team working under the supervision of Golra Police Station House Officer (SHO) Sheikh Naeemuddin arrested four drug pushers, including three women. The arrested accused have been identified as Rubina, a resident of Peshawar, Sonia and Aleena, residents of Lahore, Ameen Gul, a resident of Peshawar. A total of seven kilogrammes of hash had been recovered from them.
Golra police also arrested one Zulfiqar Ali during special checking and recovered one bottle of alcohol from his car. Assistant sub–inspectors Abrar Hussain, Ali Asghar and Abdul Ghafoor from Tarnol police arrested three persons identified as Javed Akhtar, Talha Muhammad and Gul Muhammad besides recovering a total of 30 bottles of alcohol and four guns from their possession.
ASI Ghulam Rasool from the Industrial Area police arrested an alleged thief, Nadeem Abbas, and recovered stolen items worth Rs 100,000 from him. During preliminary investigation from an accused, Ali Akbar, in a murder case, Inspector Akhtar Ali from Koral police recovered a pistol from him.
ASI Nur Elahi from Ramna police recovered a tampered car from one Yousuf, while ASI Arif Hussain from Sabzi Mandi police recovered a tampered van from another man.
