Gujranwala: ATC acquits 7 accused in 4 bomb attacks on police offices
GUJRANWALA: Anti–Terrorism Court Judge Wamiq Javed on Wednesday acquitted all the seven accused involved in four bomb attacks on police offices. The Kotwali police had arrested Muhammad Rashid, his wife Razia Bibi, sons Faizan, Adnan, Imran, Latif and Atif on the charge of planting bombs. However, the prosecution failed to prove the allegations against the accused. The explosions had occurred at RPO Office, Police Rest House, CIA Headquarters and Rail Bazaar police post on February 9, 2011.
