Lahore: Man killed
LAHORE: Crossfire between two parties over the issue of their supremacy in the area claimed the life of a man in the Naulakha police jurisdiction on Thursday. Police said Waheed Butt and Anwar Khan groups had a dispute over the issue of their supremacy in the area. On the day of the incident, members of the two groups opened firing on each other after failing to resolve the said issue. As a result, Usman, a labourer and Lateef, a member of Anwar Khan group, sustained bullet wounds. They were rushed to hospital where Usman died. The condition of Lateef Khan was stated to be precarious. The body has been shifted to morgue.
