Lahore: Robber killed in ‘friendly fire’ during robbery
LAHORE: An alleged robber was killed and a teenager was injured in a house robbery near Awan Market in Nishtar Colony during Sehar hours on Tuesday. Police inquiries showed that four robbers broke into the house of Nadeem Ahmad and started looting cash and valuables. Meanwhile, Nadeem’s younger brother, Nabeel, 17, overpowered one of the suspects. His other accomplices opened fire and injured both the invader and Nabeel. The suspects fled leaving their accomplice in the home as neighbours also gathered outside house after gunfire.
