Gujranwala: Man recovered in chains from factory
GUJRANWALA: A bailiff recovered a man from illegal detention of a factory owner here on Wednesday. Nawaz, in an application to Additional Sessions Judge Wasim Akhtar, contended that Amir Hussain collected used plastic items and supplied them to a factory owned by one Ghaffar. He said that Amir had borrowed Rs 5,000 from Ghaffar, but started working with him. He said that Ghaffar, his brother Mushtaq and two others kidnapped Amir when he was sitting in his factory. He added that the accused had tortured, detained and chained Amir in their factory. The court constituted a bailiff, which recovered the detainee. The court has ordered a case against the factory owner. The Garjakh police have not registered a case.
