Karachi: Target killing suspect remanded till 6th
KARACHI: Judicial Magistrate (East) HafizurRehman on Tuesday allowed the Aziz Bhatti police the physical remand of a target killing suspect till September 6. Police said Hamza, who is also believed to be involved in the Lyari gang war, was one of the accomplices of 13 notorious target killing suspects who are on the run. The absconders include IlyasBaloch, Adil Bhutto and Sattar Brohi. They all are wanted in police encounter, murder and possession of illegal arms cases. They committed most of the crimes in Lyari. Hamza was arrested in the Shanti Nagar locality. The court also heard cases against suspected robbers Aakash and Furqan Imam, who were allegedly involved in street crimes.
The accused snatched mobile sets and other valuables from passers-by in the Aziz Bhatti police remit. The judge directed the police to complete investigations against by Wednesday and produce the accused on Thursday.

Shah Faisal Colony police were told to produce Saeed Ahmed and Shazia in the court till Thursday. The investigation officer submitted that both accused were involved in a number of robberies.
The court heard that Shazia used to knock on doors of residents of Shah Faisal Colony and then Saeed Ahmed and his other companions used to enter houses and took away valuables at gunpoint.
In one of the incidents, some residents dared to catch two of the accused. The residents beat up Saeed Ahmed, who received serious injuries.
However, Shazia pretended to be innocent and claimed that she was trapped by Saeed Ahmed and other robbers who promised her a job.
