Faisalabad: Getting Rs 53m loan fraudulently3 bank officials among 4 booked
FAISALABAD: The FIA has registered a case against four people, including three officials of a private bank, on the charge of getting a loan of Rs 53 million fraudulently. Akhtar Hussain Malik, chief executive of Malik Enterprises, got the Rs 53 million with the connivance of bank officials Muhammad AkramNaveed, Mian Muhammad Azam and Rana Saeed Ahmed Zafar after showing his land as commercial at ChakNos 227/RB, 124/RB and 228. The accused neither returned the amount nor paid any mark-up. The case has been registered under sections 471, 468, 109 and 420 of the PPC. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.
