Islamabad: 2 more Kamra attack accused held
ISLAMABAD: Investigators were surprised on Tuesday when they got to know that millions of rupees were deposited in personal account of mastermind of Kamra Airbase attack, who was killed in retaliatory attack by the security forces last month.“Investigators knew that Faisal Shahzad, mastermind of Kamra Airbase attack, left Rs 90 million in his personal account,” a source told The Nation on Tuesday, adding that Investigators were making progress in the case speedily and findings of investigation would be made public soon. Meanwhile on Tuesday, police teams rounded up two close relatives of Faisal Shehzad. They were arrested from Rawalpindi and Taxila and were identified as Allah Ditta and Babar. According to preliminary investigations, Faisal Shahzad was former employee of Pakistan Ordnance factories Wah cant while the grenades and ammunition used by the terrorists during attack on ‘ Kamra Airbase’ was made in Pakistan Ordnance factories Wah Cant. According to sources, attackers were identified from a mobile and a SIM found from the scene of the attack. Attackers camped on hill in PindhMakhan throughout the night and planned the attack there.
