Faisalabad: 7 cops booked for house trespass, theft
FAISALABAD: On the order of the additional district and sessions judge, Gulberg police registered a case against its SHO Afzal Cheema and six other policemen on the charges of house trespass and stealing valuables. In a petition, Ashiq Hussain of Model Town alleged that SHO Afzal Cheema, ASI Ghulam Murtaza and five other policemen illegally entered his house and stole valuables.
The case has been registered under Section 380/452 of the Pakistan Penal Code. Meanwhile, five police officials of Sadr police station, including its SHO Inspector Ghulam Farid, were booked on a court order for their failure to submit the record of a theft and murder case.
