9 killed in 4 days in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: Target killing in Hyderabad has claimed nine lives in the past four days and the local administration seems unable to control the law and order in the area, Geo News reported Tuesday. According to sources, unknown gunmen opened fire at a restaurant today that killed Abdul Rehman. Police claimed that the incident was target killing. Witnesses told that the people tried to apprehend the culprits but they managed to flee. It is pertinent to mention that two members of Bohri community, Shabbir Ali and Ghulam Murtaza, were killed on Saturday evening while MQM leader Jalilur Rehman was also targeted and shot dead, therefore, the toll now stands at nine in the past four days.
