Lahore: 4 impersonators held during exam
LAHORE: Board Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore, examination staff caught four impersonators and one invigilator for accepting bribe from candidates in the ongoing Intermediate (Supplementary) Examination 2012 on Monday. The examination in the subject of English (II paper) was held on Monday in which two unfair means cases were also registered against roll numbers 239694 and 239379. According to a BISE spokesperson, during inspection, four impersonators were caught red–handed.
Waqas Ali was caught impersonating Muzammal Munir; Zeeshan Akram impersonating Sajjad Ali; Yasser Ali impersonating Muhammad Jawwad Ahmad and Muhammad Tahir impersonating Shafaqat Ali.
An invigilator, Munir Ahmad, was also caught red handed accepting bribe from candidates. First Information Report against all the five persons has been registered at Civil Lines police station, Lahore. Meanwhile, Lahore BISE Chairman Muhammad Nasrullah Virk inspected the examination centres functioning at 49-A Lawrence Road, Lahore, in the morning and evening sessions.
