Karachi: Man jailed for life for killing neighbour
KARACHI: A man, Muhammad Naseem, on Thursday was awarded life imprisonment for killing a neighbour in 2007. Additional District and Sessions Judge (West) Abdullah Channa observed that the prosecution had proved the murder charges. He also imposed a fine of Rs50,000, and in case of default on paying the fine, the convict will have to face another term of four months’ rigorous imprisonment. The convict had killed his neighbour, Sikandar, by using a sharp–edged dagger over a personal enmity. The case was registered by the Manghopir police in 2007.
