Islamabad: CIA recovers 810 bottles of liquor, 4 held
ISLAMABAD: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) apprehended four men involved in liquor trade and recovered 810 bottles of branded liquor as well as firearms from their possession. According to the Islamabad Police spokesman, a team was constituted by CIA SP Mustansar Feroz under the command of CIA Incharge DSP Zubair Ahmed Sheikh and comprising Inspector Saleemullah, Sub–Inspector Haider Ali Shah and others. The team conducted raids in Malpur and Markaz I-10 and arrested Waqas Sayeed, Raja Arsalan, Raja Waqas after recovery of 810 bottles of liquor from their possession.
Sub–Inspector Shamas–ul–Akbar arrested an accused and recovered 30 bore pistols. This is to be mentioned here that during last week police arrested accused involved in drug selling and recovered hundreds of bottles of liquor as well as weapons used in criminal activities and stolen items worth millions.
